Key Financial & Administrative Position in our parish with responsibilities for all financial activities and a full range of administrative functions, including human resources, facilities & maintenance, stewardship & development, communications & technology and volunteer recruitment. Supervises all professional and support staff positions in areas of responsibilities.

BS in Accounting or Business Administration and 3 years or more experience in accounting and financial management necessary to properly perform position requirements. Requires knowledge and training in a full range of accounting/financial matters, general business management and an understanding of the not-for-profit financial issues. Knowledge of employment regulations and policies.

Person must have a high level of independent thought and initative, skill in advancing strategic initatives, manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively orally and in writing, be able to attract quality lay leadership, excellent computer skills including the use of PDS office Software, Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
